Rules of use
Checklist and guardrails for anyone creating BBLC-branded material.
Logo usage
- Use the approved lockup. Do not recreate the logo in another typeface.
- Place the logo on Ink, Carbon, or solid dark backgrounds. For light backgrounds, request a dark lockup from the brand team.
- Maintain clearspace equal to the height of the B on all sides.
- Minimum width for the full lockup is 120px. Minimum width for the icon is 24px.
Colour usage
- 80% Ink/Carbon, 15% Card/Border, 5% accent colour.
- Use Grid green for primary CTAs, links, and success states only.
- Use Coral for warnings, errors, or urgent legal disclaimers.
- Each subsidiary page uses only its own division accent for hero and card borders.
New material checklist
1. Logo is approved and clearspace is correct.
2. Colours follow the 80/15/5 ratio.
3. Typography uses Technor, Inter, or JetBrains Mono.
4. Division accent matches the brand system.
5. OTC: BBLC ticker and IR link are present.
6. Text is ASCII-only (no smart quotes or em dashes).
7. Legal/compliance counsel has reviewed if required.
